Nature has helped me SO much in my life, always providing sanctuary, peace and space to find myself.

Nature is my constant, the thread of guidance and stability through my life.

Nature is where I learned to love and accept myself because She loved and accepted me, unconditionally.

I didn’t realise at the time but when I fell in love with walking and hiking, it was the beginning of my spiritual awakening.

It’s no surprise then that I was eventually guided to write Nature’s Wisdom - Life Lessons from Mother Earth and I want to help and empower you to experience the same magical, beautiful, heart opening, soul connecting experience too!
