How does RC collect information about you?

RC collects information from you via your completion of any course or event sign up emails or forms accessed either via this website, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Thinkific, Messenger and ManyChat sites or email promoting the courses and/or events.

 

What personal information is RC collecting?

RC collects name and email address only. RC also collects your mobile number via ManyChat bot system when you provide it following a prompt. If you go on to purchase any part or all of the courses your payment details are held with a third party and I do not have access to this information.

How does RC use the personal information?

RC collects information from you so we can send you emails about our tips, offers, events, news and other relevant information about RC on an occasional basis.

What are your rights?

• Right to object to Direct Marketing: RC processes data on the basis of opted-in consent. The only direct marketing you receive is from RC and will relate to its core purpose coaching. 

• Erasure: You have the right to erasure (deletion) without any due delay, of your personal information for which you later withdraw your consent to processing, or when it is no longer needed for purpose it was originally collected.

• Access: You have the right to ask RC to provide you with details of the personal information held about you.

 

Who sees your information?

The information collected is used by RC and the agency managing its use of ManyChat system.

How long is data kept for?

RC will keep personal information only for as long as you choose to remain a member so that we can provide you with the services or information you requested, to comply with the law, and to ensure RC does not communicate with individuals that asked us not to. You can unsubscribe at any time.

RC will never lease, distribute or sell personal information to third parties.

RC will always hold your information securely.

 

Breach Policy

RC will do everything reasonable to protect your data. However, in the unlikely event of a breach of data we commit to advising you within 72 hours of what content has been breached, what actions we’re taking as a result and how we’re going to keep in touch with you with any updates.

If necessary, we will also advise the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
