About the event

Burnout is becoming more common as we recognise the need to work differently. I also believe it is more common for those who are empaths, highly sensitive and/or intuitive.

If you've been through a burnout you know how scary and isolating it can feel. You also know that it takes time to recover. And when you're running your own business that's rarely an option.

In January 2022 I experienced my 3rd burnout. I knew it was coming but ignored the signs and pushed ahead, believing it was my only option.

The universe swooped in to show me another way! I am very grateful for my spiritual practice which helped me immeasurably in the first weeks, including financial support.

In this class, I will share with you the 5 step process given to me by the tibetan ascended master, Djwal Khul on how to recover and minimise a recurrence.

Over the course of an hour, I will share with you some common symptoms as well as early signs to be mindful of. I will gently guide you from recognition through to a more empowered version of yourself and give you my tools to manage your sensitive energy going forward.
